The latest in a continuing series of Postcard CD’s, this one celebrating the old and the new. It was launched at the choir’s spring concert “Scotland – A Land for all Seasons” in Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Saturday 29th April 2023.
We visit the old and remember the Glasgow Orpheus Choir and its famous anthem ‘All in the April Evening’. We introduce the new in ‘Opening’ by Bob Chilcott, a 70th Anniversary Commission for the choir.
